With a little break in the weather (71 degrees, 81% humidity, 63 degree dew point) I decided to run a little longer today and do a fairly long Aerobic run keeping my HR between 145-150 which is 75-80%. I think the run went pretty well but I bored by the last mile and just had to pick up the pace. :-)

The first mile I ran with Polina (our foreign exchange student). She has decided she wants to run the Grace Race 5K on November 15. She has never run before so it's fun to get her started on this quest.

As soon as we get a little cooler weather I going to attempt a 20 miler!

Introducing other people to running is awesome. It's fun to watch people develop. I bet she goes under 30 in her first 5k!

I never noticed you plan to do a Full IM. That's on my "list", too. Gotta figure out the 3rd leg before I go for it though!

It's cooled up here also but I didn't get the same 16 mile bug that you got. "WOW" what a Great run, Good Job

Very nice run, congrats to Polina. What country?

From I Just Run on Thu, Sep 25, 2014 at 10:40:16 from 67.79.11.242

Thanks everybody.

I was pretty please with this run. Now I just need to cut 30 seconds off each mile with the same effort and I'd be very happy!

Matt, My IM goal is starting to fade with the two bike accidents (Broken collar bone and broken shoulder blade).

Flat, Polina is from Russia.
