My heart just wasn't into it today. I think the heat is getting to me. Maybe I was still a little tired from the Triathlon on Sunday. Maybe I'm just tired. I need someone to run with every once in a while.
Finished the workout with the Repeat Avg. on target. I again took a little longer on the recoveries trying to cool down a little.
