Another track day on the RLRF program. I think I was too excited to start out with and ran my warm-up and my first 1000 too fast. I throttled back on the other three to bring them into the training range. I was pretty beat at the end so I took my cool-down pretty slow. My legs were still tired from my bike ride yesterday. I also forgot my HR monitor so I have no idea what my HR was on these repeats.

Note: My legs were a little tired after the 22 mile bike ride yesterday evening. Recoveries were walk/jog. I was pretty tired as evident in my slow cool-down run. |
