Let's see...what's interesting about today's run? Well I ran in my new Saucony Mirage II shoes today. They feel good but I think I still like my Saucony Cortana shoes the best.

Oh yeah....and it takes about 1300 steps to run a mile at an easy pace. :-)

5 miles - Easy - I have no idea of how long. I Just Ran

2 Peter 3:9

The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

Even though you didn't use your watch, you can still enter in the mileage!

Hey, I'm probably moving to San Antonio in a couple weeks. We'll have to run together every now and then!

I'm moving to San Antonio too - only joking. Sounds like a very nice place.

Good man for going without the watch. Were you running along the road counting out loud? I'd have paid to see that:) Like Joe said, still pop in the miles.

It's been a while since an old and tired Forrest Gump reference has been made on the blog, so it's time. I envision IJR running the roads near San Antonio in a long bushy beard dripping with chili (which he scoops with his hand into his mouth) as he constantly mutters to himself over and over again, "I just like running. I just run."

Moving to SA ... That's GREAT news! I think you will like it and definitely we'll run together.

I'm trying to figure out something to think about instead of my watch. :-) I have been looking on the internet to see if they have a rehab program for watch addiction!

Hahaha - how did you find that? That is just so funny - brilliant. I'll be laughing in my sleep tonight.

From Bam on Tue, May 07, 2013 at 15:15:38 from 89.126.28.24

Did you design that?

From Tom K on Tue, May 07, 2013 at 15:20:14 from 71.228.90.171

Well, at first I considered this:

I could do this all day.

They are great - I've just had a look around the site; there are some crackers. Great stuff. Very funny.

Days like that are treats if you ask me. Nice job.

Joe,

You're right, I can enter my mileage even though I didn't time it. This watchless thing really has me messed up. :-)

Bam,

San Antonio is only nice if you don't live there!

Russ,

How did you know I really have a bushy beard? It took a long time for me to find a picture of a really cool running guy to put on my blog. Burt once told me I could be anyone I wanted to be on the Blog.

Tom K,

Nice....I'm glad I can be the recipient of your humor. :-)

Dan,

If you call breaking an old addictive habit a treat...well, hummm?
