Have you used a "stick" before. It will work magic on those calves.

RT,

I've never used anything on my calves. I have never really had any pain in them before. It's odd that this pain came on, in an instance, while I was running very slow. Monday when it happend I didn't think much about it, I just slowed down and just took it easy. Today it came on at mile 8 again so I slowed again. I'm going to be very disappointed if this little thing give me problems on Sunday! I think I will use a stick and beat it if it does give me trouble after all this hard work for the last several weeks!

Hey I second the 'stick' - it works quite well.

Hey TomK,

I just went to the findmymarathon website and entered and downloaded my pacing plan. That program is great! Look my blog entry for today (4/18) and you'll see what it is.
