7:49 is looking pretty good for a long midweek training run.

I was kinda running blind. My garmin was not charged but I know the exact milage on my loop as I have it marked with paint every mile. As far as training goes I don't really have much of a plan. I've been trying to run two runs close to 15 miles and one run close to 20 (mon.,wed.,fri.) to see if I can get more comfortable at the ends of the longer runs. I'm not sure if it's helping as I'm still feeling pretty bad at the end of each run. Biking yesterday evening 25 hard miles probably didn't help my 5:00 am run and energy level. I think I'll take off tomorrow since I plan to run 20 miles on friday morning and see how that goes.

Nice run. That's a great pace for 14.

I just wish I could get to 16 miles and think..."Wow, I feel like I can keep this up for another 10 miles" ... I haven't been there for a while!

I don't ever feel like that, especially not during a marathon.

Nice pace. Run 20 miles on Friday? You can actually run 20 miles and then go to work? Nice - I would be wiped out by around 2 - 3 pm. :-)

My runs have been squeezed to weekday mornings only lately. This weekend I'm taking my son to Baylor University to check out the school. He will be graduating next year and is trying to pick a college.
I have to take off an hour in the morning from work to get 20 miles in. I start at 5:00 and hopfully end by 7:45.

Very strong run, you should be pretty happy with that!
