Cross-Training Day: Today was the first day in...Uh, I don't know? The weather was good, about 70 degrees. 26.5 Miles @ 19.1 MPH - HR = 142 Avg. I'm curious how my legs will feel in the morning when I go out and run my Tempo Run. Hopefully they will feel okay. That's one problem with biking as the cross-training day (before a key workout), it's always the evening before and doesn't allow for a full 24 hours of recovery.
