9But God has promised us a Sabbath when we will rest, even though it has not yet come. 10On that day God's people will rest from their work, just as God rested from his work.

Does it still hurt or is this precautionary?

Hey Flat,
The discomfort comes and goes. This weekend I was hard pressed to even tell there was a problem, this morning when I woke up, it was slightly irritated. After I ran this morning it was a little more irritated and has continued to be the same most of the day. It's a pain/irritation that you would usually say, what the heck... I'll just run through this and it would be no big deal but I'm certain that if I try to do that it will get worse. I think I'm riding the thin line with just enough to stimulate it but not injure it any more (or that's what I'm trying to do). Still waiting for the miricle healing by the end of this week...if not I may take a little longer rest.
Thanks for asking,
IJR
