Ran a very fast 6.1 miles before doing weights. Worked quads, hamstrings, glutes, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back, and core. I did very heavy weights on my legs, I should feel this workout for the next few days.
Tried to run this morning, but due to yeterday's weights my legs felt extremely heavy. Ran a very slow 3 miles and headed to spin class. Hopefully I can get a nice run in tomorrow.
Ran 4.5 fast miles then did weights I worked quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thigh, glutes, back, shoulders, chest, triceps, biceps, abs and olbliques.
