I had planned on running with a bunch of friends this morning, but decided I needed to throw some weights in for my upcoming vacation. I Ran 3.5 slow miles then picked up the pace and ran the remaining 8 miles faster. 11.5 total miles 7:45 AP. Fun chit chat with Kira and Elise made the time fly by. Weights: quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thigh, glutes, chest, delts, lats, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs and obliques. This was a huge workout and I was wasted by the end, but it felt so good. |
