| | AM-missed morning practice, had to run by myself, rats!
PM-Nice workout to get back in the swing of things after spring break. Moderately paced 1000s, fast 400s, and a couple of 300s, all out. Also, I wore my new short shorts, and they were great. Note to self: Don't wear new short shorts on windy days

| | AM-I made it to morning practice, that was good
PM-New trail run! We ran at Chuckawala, and it was great fun, except for the 1/2 mile when it was just sandy... Haha, we stayed super dry!

| | AM-3 miles and the works. Coach gave me the low-down on Utah State. Man! It's so hard to decide where to go for college!
PM-I went up to the region Solo and Ensemble Competition, and so did Courtney, so we just drove back and started the workout at about 5:30. I hit all the times for the 400s and 200s, but I was a touch slow on the 800, bones!

Hurricane Invite (1 Miles) 00:04:36, Place overall: 8 | | AM-Good run, no one got hurt, and with John, that's the best you can hope for
PM-I ran the mile at the Hurricane invitational. Two mile warm up and then the race, with a two mile cool down afterwards. I was pretty happy with this race. I beat John, and I also got a lot better time than the last meet. It was so fun to get out and run fast, although I need to be more aggressive on my first lap, but I'll worry about that next race.

Hurricane Invite (2 Miles) 00:10:04, Place overall: 5 | | What a great race! I actually like the 3200 a little now! I was windy, so I just stuck at the back of the front pack. I was hanging with them really well until 800 meters to go. I ran the next lap just behind them, but not close enough to draft, and then I kicked it in the last lap and passed some peeps to finish 5th. Rex laid the hammer down, and that was awesome, I beat Mcphie, but he's not going to let me do that again very easily. It was just a fun race! I heart running!
