Come to practice  and work my hardest everyday.

Do core, stretches, hydrate, and the other "little things"

Run a 4:25 or faster in the 1600

9:43 in the 3200

Top 8 in State in both the 1600 and the 3200

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

RUN FOR MY WHOLE LIFE!!!

Be that old grandpa that runs around the block every morning until the day he dies

Get a Collection of crazy short-shorts (ie American flag, fireworks, Canadian flag, a tiger, etc)

Prove my friends wrong and never have a pot belly

AM-Good run, no one got hurt, and with John, that's the best you can hope for

PM-I ran the mile at the Hurricane invitational.  Two mile warm up and then the race, with a two mile cool down afterwards.  I was pretty happy with this race.  I beat John, and I also got a lot better time than the last meet.  It was so fun to get out and run fast, although I need to be more aggressive on my first lap, but I'll worry about that next race.
