back to work for my summer route, finally went outside for a run, short, but I really don't want to push it. It sure is nice to get paid to run....!
nice run outside today, even at 8:30 it was pretty warm, shady spots felt great. legs feeling good too, i definantely am not pushing myself too hard, in fact I am probably walking too much, but at least I am back in the game!!
