I only had time for 2 miles on the treadmill, so I ran another 2 miles outside at the park while I was waiting for my son's soccer practice to get over.
I ran outside today, and did the same run as last week, but I ran it opposite. The first 3 miles are uphill, but I decided I would rather finish running down!! It was a beautiful day for running!!
Ran outside today, was going to do 4 miles, but cut it short because my legs hurt. (on the inside of my shin, between my ankle and calf muscle) Any idea's why?
