okay, so it looks as if I haven't done anything for a while, which is true as far as running, but I needed the time off to heal my shin splint. So, for the past ten days, I have been doing different things such as kickboxing and yoga. Last night I finally got my treadmill moved into the tv room, so I jumped on it for a mile, and I didn't have any shin pain!!!! So today's run was not very long but it felt good, and my leg still is fine!! I am very happy! I am also happy I can watch tv and run during the winter so I am not so bored while running!!! |
