okay, so it looks as if I haven't done anything for a while, which is true as far as running, but I needed the time off to heal my shin splint.  So, for the past ten days, I have been doing different things such as kickboxing and yoga.  Last night I finally got my treadmill moved into the tv room, so I jumped on it for a mile, and I didn't have any shin pain!!!! So today's run was not very long but it felt good, and my leg still is fine!! I am very happy! I am also happy I can watch tv and run during the winter so I am not so bored while running!!!

Wahoo! Cool about the shin and moving the treadmill. Take it easy so you don't get hurt again. Also nice job on the kickboxing and yoga. Cross training is nice sometimes.

Yes, I agree, a TV is a must for the treadmill, I don't know how I ever did without!
