I can't believe I am so lazy and took so many days off, went camping for 5 days, and I imagined myself running around the campgrounds, but that was as far as I got.  Today was super hot, should have gone right when I got up, but, at least I did it.  Mostly cause my brother Russ and his family were at my house for the past 4 days, and I was feeling way guilty!! It was great to see you Russ!!!

Running once every 7th or 8th day will totally keep you in shape. I'd scale back to only a mile a day. Don't want to overdo it big sis.
