well didn't make it outside today, but at least i did the tm run. i don't know what the preset was, but it was just a fast pace with hills. not too bad. kept thinking of my nephew, hope he is still doing good russ!

Nice job Peg. And yes, Peyton's doing great. He'll be back to school after Labor Day and hopefully no concentration problems. He gained about a week of memories by sleeping last night.
