Took advantage of the cloud cover and took off! Ran uphill 2 miles, into the wind (which felt great!), so that I could run downhill back home.  Even with the cloud cover and wind it was super hot.  Hope the kids on bus enjoy the stench!, cause no time to shower before my "noon" (10:30) bus run!!!

Nice job Peg! Keep it up - you can do it! Even if you drop your mileage, if you only run a few miles 3-4 times a week you'll keep up your fitness, but if you can fit in 1 longer run per week you'll do fantastic. Just don't beat yourself up over it - it will all work out. You rock big Sis!
