Well, I am really disgusted with myself for not running for two weeks.  I have to stop making excuses: like about air quaility.  I do have a treadmill for that purpose....any way today starts my day of new beginnings, I did a kick my butt sprints tm workout, 3.1 in 30 minutes is a good time for me.

Gotcha. Well, that's a pretty good excuse! I forgot you'd done sprint workout. That's an awesome thing to do. I need to do it more - really changes up which muscle groups are being affected. Way to be Piggie!
