Still in St. George this morning, so I did the same loop around the river, but went the opposite direction. My dad slowly rode his bike next to me, which was great being able to talk to him. Nice, HOT run, even at 6:30am.

Very hot run, I'll bet. Knowing Vard, you probably didn't even do all that much talking, which is perfect when you are running.
