In St. George visiting my parents, so I got up early to run before it was too hot.  Even at 6 am it was hot and humid this morning.  So I ran from their house down to the river and followed it around the loop and back.  I've been a slacker lately, so this run felt like it was a million miles.

The heat makes your legs feel like lead also, so it's not just being a slacker. 13 miles last week isn't slacking, though. You're just missing your shorter runs so the longer runs seem longer.
