Ran outside today, starting downhill. I ran fast, about 1/12-2 songs, so I figure it was a 71/2 to 8min mile. It made me tired, but I decided I need to start doing that more often. The last 1.5 miles are uphill, but I need to work on my hills so I can stay more consistent. I was still a little sore from Sat., but well worth it. |
