Okay, so I haven't written on here forever!, but I really didn't fall off the wagon. Since my leg has been feeling 100% better, I have been running 2.5 to 3.1 miles every other day, pain free! I think I pushed myself too hard and never let my leg fully recover. Lesson learned! So, although I did take a few days off here and there, if I didn't run on my "running" day, then I did either a core workout or a kickboxing (On Demand--- the only good thing about Comcast!) I will try to be better about blogging my runs! |
