AM I think just pushing the pace too hard, too quick over the past 3 weeks and not stretching enough has really aggravated my psoas, adductor longus and/or gracilis. Not really sure which one is the culprit, but all the research I've done points to these muscle groups. Takin it easy this week with some light stretching, then add in some light resistance after that. Gonna play my runs by how my body feels. Today was biking. Road bike, 1:07 hrs.
