AM I'm gonna change up my schedule, so ran short today. Did some core before heading out to 189 & back. Felt really good and picked up the pace for the last 2 miles. Did some push-ups when I got home and went into some lunges, then the muscle behind my adductors freaked out! I was pretty worried at first, but rubbed it down and iced, now it feels ok. gonna have to be careful of that! core, 6.4, no watch, 30 push-ups
