AM Total run time 1:09:50 Took Griffin on his loop, then went out for 4 x 400 @ 5k pace with 1:00 recovery. Then did 4 x 100 during the remainder of the run. Just wanted to keep things moving for the relay this weekend. Did 2 sets of butt kicks, high knees, bounding, stiff leg, and squat jumps after my run.
