AM total run time 40:21 Feeling a lot better today, so took Griffin for a 2.07 chiller. Dropped him off at home, then went for 3.19 on my own, avg. 7:07 per mile. Did 2 x 6 forward and reverse lunges, 2 x 5 deep squats, planks, side-planks, and 40 push-ups before my run.
