AM Absolutely beautiful morning in the mountains. Ran Dutch Hollow trails with Griffin, and kept the pace pretty easy, except for the climbs. They always feel tough no matter how slow you go. I think I'm recovering quite well from the relay. Still some leg fatigue, but my energy levels feel back to normal. Got to keep takin it easy though so I can avoid injury while maintaining fitness. 6.77 in 58:34, avg. 8:39 per mile. 974 feet of vertical gain. PM 30 push-ups, core, 2 x 10 standing good mornings, forward & reverse lunges, & squats
