At XC practice we did 8 miles of a workout. We did 3 one mile repeats, on those repeats my times were really bad. My first mile was 7.09 then 7.18 then my couch had me do a 800 instead of a mile and my time was 3.19 which is also really bad. After taht workout i went 2 while it was raining. It felt realy nice |
