Again my hip hurts so I decided to bike some more:(. I biked for the equivelant of 4 miles running. I need to heal up!!!!!!!!!!! This afternoon I went over to sugarhouse park. I got there and did a road lap as a warm up then I did one mile of J's then I had to go to the bathroom so I took a potty break. Then I did a hill workout. I did a total of 10 hills, 1 hill that was 300 meters long then equal recovery, then 2 that were 275 meters long with equal recovery, then 3 that were 250 meters long with equal recovery then finally 4 that were 225 meters long. Then I had to go so I couldnt get my lap cooldown done so I will be very sore tomorrow:( |
