Inner lap warm up at SHP. The workout was 200, 400, 800, 400, 200 doing inner laps in the park with 100 meters recover after each. Felt good but felt very tired. Did a mile cooldown.
Met up with Levi and Danny at SHP for a run. We started inside the park and ran to 21st south and along 15th east until 9th south. Stopped and stretched for a couple minutes then we came back. Hit the drinking fountain on the way back. Good run, hopefully the endurance and breathing is slowly coming back.
