AM: Woke up early and went to the gym and ran 4 on the treadmill. Did all of my weights and my core at the gym. I felt really good. Last mile was at a 6:40.
PM: Ran my 3 mile loop by my house. Definitely felt the miles from this morning.
Ran from my house over to 3900 south, down to 1100 east, back over to 4500 south, up to 1300 east, and back home. Felt really good. Did my core when I got home.
