It is time I start doing morning workouts because it was HOT. I did the usual 3 mile loop. Stopped at the horse park for my drills. Luckily the sprinklers were on so I was sprayed and it felt absolutely amazing. Came home and made pizza for breakfast, but I burned my hand on the oven..... Ugh. Will do my core and weights tonight with Austin.
This afternoon I did a mile warm up, then I did 2 hours worth of weights. Then I cooled down for a mile.
