My aspirations of running while in the field did not work out,.... But camping for 12 days really does exhaust someone. I got home late last night. This morning, I slept in and went for my run. I ran from my house, up to highland drive, over to 45th south, down to 1300 east and back home. Felt great to be running again. Did my core when I got home.
