We did a little speed then a bit of stuff weird stuff that felt really slow to me. Anywase the workout was half mile with team, then drills and stretching then a mile of speed changes. The workout was 3 1200s at 2 mile pace then 6 200s at mile pace. My times went 4:30, 4:40, and 4:50 which all suck but I have never done the 2 mile and don't plan on doing it. Anywase so my 200s all got faster because I really push the shorter stuff haha, so they went 36, 36, 35, 34, 33, 32. Then I did a mile and a half cooldown. We did a lap inbetween each 1200 to be at a mile after each set. The workout was not as hard as I thought it would be. |
