This morning after my morning class, I have two hours until my next class. I walked up to the locker room, changed then went on a run. I went up to shoreline trail, over to red butte, down to presidents circle around to greek row, up until university street or whatever it is called, then back onto shoreline and finished out till 4 miles. Ran back to the locker rooms to finish out at 4.
Tonight, I ran with Tim, Larry, and Andrea at Sugarhouse Park. I did a lap around the park with Larry then ran around the park until at 7 miles. I forgot how much fun it is to run with Tim. I averaged 7:34 so my pace is coming back...
