Ran from the track, across 1300 east to the park on South temple, did 20 400 meter strides up the hill then came back so it was about a 400 stride for 200 recover for 200. Then we jogged up and got water and then ran down to R Street. Strided up 1 block over one block strided up over until we got to Virginia street. Then we took the Shriners run back. I ran with Sam, Nate, and Anders and we were pushing the pace. On the way back from shriners, we were averaging a 6:01 pace |
