I did 5 miles just running around my neighborhood. I went at a slow but steady pace because I just wanted to stretch out my legs. I felt really good during the whole run and after the run. I liked it because it helped my leg not to hurt as bad because off and on it just hurts. This run at the beginning hurt a bit but then towards the end of the run it started to feel a ton better and a ton stronger. I think my leg just had a pulled muscle in it so its not that big of a deal unless it starts hurting a ton worse then it could be something a ton more serious. |
