At 7:30 this morning I went for my XC run and I got lost so many places. I ended up only doing 5 miles but it took so long because I couldnt find my way back to the park where we met. I was doing a good steady pace says my Garmin but I just kept turning the wrong way so I didnt think I was doing so well. I was the last person back which made me sad but it wasnt my fault, I kept getting lost. I need something that can show me where to go like a map or a GPS. After the XC adventure I went up to the avenues and ran 4 miles around the avenues. Im doing the hills three times a week to get my legs stronger so I could be the best runner I can be. I like the hills because sure it hurts but at the end you feel really good. I cant wait to race the Varsity people and see how I do against them. Hopefully the hills do good for me because they feel like they are doing wonders. |
