Awesome run this afternoon! I met up with larry again we did a few strides as a warm up then we did an 800 and I did it at 6 Minute pace. Then I ran around the park with larry then I finished it out until 4 miles. My parents came and picked me up early because we had to go buy stuff for tomorrow then I came home and biked. Fun night.... BUT COLD!
