Mile warm up then a half mile of J's for my warm up then I stretched. The workout was 5x300 at striding pace to open up the legs, 5x200 pace at a bit faster pace then an all out sprint for the 400. My times were all at 75 second 400 pace on the 300s and at 35 on the 200s then my 400 was slow at 69. I had 200 recovery after each 200 and I did an 800 recovery after the 300s. Then I cooled down until 6 miles. There was a lot of people there, Larry, Me, Tim, Andrea and Aubrey for a little while. |
