NEED TO BLOG! Anywase my dad drove me down to sugarhouse park and I ran the state course. 7:24 pace. Since I havn't ran since thursday I took it slow. I was just going for sub 8 minute miles. I was tired though after the run.... Came home, fixed the halloween decorations, then back to studying for my world of Dinosaurs mid term.
