I went down to Sugarhouse Park and did a mile warm up,...... well after I locked my keys in the car and made it a quarter mile and realized it and sptrinted back to my car, able to reach through the window and unlock the car and got my keys. Then I did a mile warm up. Went up to the Highland Track, did an 800 in 3:02, wanted to be under 3 but my first lap was way to slow, like 100 seconds or something so I had to haul it and almost hit my pace. Then I did an 800 recovery, then put on my weights, and did an 800 with those then cooled down a mile and a half. Was going to do more either on the track or with the weights but my legs were absolutely exhausted.
