Today was my first day back running since I was sick... Boy was it a tough run... I started with a half mile warm up, at a 6:45 pace, it didn't feel that fast at all.... But then we did the 10x1 minute on one minute off fartlek workout on the University of Utah track. Great weather, suns out, shirts off. I started out with the second fastest guy Jake, but I kept gaining ground on him on the recovery so I just decided to keep going because I felt fine. I got 2.5 miles done in the workout, the same as I usually do when I am not sick so I didn't loose much fitness. Then I cooled down a mile running around campus.
