Today at my fitness class we did a half mile warm up. Then another fartlek workout. It was 30-60-90-60-30 all with a minute recovery. That was one set. Then we recovery for 2 minutes standing, stretching then we do it again.I felt like I was really going fast.,..... I think on the ons I was only going at a 4:50 pace. Then I ran home. Averaged run 6:57 pace. Ran from the U track up to Mario Capecci drive, down to foothill, over to sunnyside, down to 1900 east and home. I was hawling it home, for the run home I averaged 6:30's because I had to be at work in 20 minutes..... Until I drive all the way there and find out it is cancelled...
