This afternoon was my first day running injured again. So I did a mile and a half warm up, stretched waiting for Tim to get there. Did another mile warm up when Tim got there then started the workout. It was 7 500s up the hill and it SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!! My times stayed consistent but got a little slower:( . Then I did a two mile cooldown. It felt weird to be running in a cast but I only have to wear it this week so thats good. |
