This morning I got up really super duper early!!! I ran a mile warm up then 4 800s with equal recovery. I was really sore from last night but I got it done and I was done with my workout by 6:40 in the morning!!!! Then I went back to bed:) Later that night I did a mile warm up, mile of J's then a 400 stride to warm up the legs, I did it in 68 then a lap around the park as a cooldown. |
