Tonight I did my own workout at Sugarhouse park. I ran down to the park and did a mile and a half. Then I did a mile and a half of J's for warm up then I did a light speed workout. I did 6 300s with jogging across the field for recovery. I was going for 60's but I hit 58, 58, 58, 58, 56, 56. Then I went across and did 6 hills on the second uphill of the state course. When I got to the top of the hill I sprinted about 30 meters. Then I just cooled down until I was at 6 miles. Then the drama started.......... |
