This morning my dad and I went out early. I did a mile warm up, then the usual 2 800s and 2 400s. But there was a ton of creepers so my did did my recovery with me. We only did a 400 for recovery after each. Then I did a mile and a half cooldown jogging home. It was a creepy morning:) This afternoon I just went on a 5 mile run. I stayed in the park because Tiny Tots finished early so I had my dad take me to Sugarhouse Park. So I did a big outer loop, went to the bathroom and got water, then I did an inside lap. Then I got more water and just ran around the field in the park 2.5 times until I got to 5 miles. It was a hot run today and I need to work on some endurance! |
